We want to ensure your experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible. Access information about admission, accepted insurance, and hospital policies below.
Admission Procedure: For planned admissions, please report to the Admission Desk at the main lobby. Carry your doctor's admission note, ID proof, and insurance documents. Our coordinators will assist you with room selection, initial documentation, and escort you to your assigned room. Fasting guidelines must be strictly followed if advised by your physician.
Discharge Procedure: Discharge usually takes 2-4 hours after the final medical clearance from your treating doctor. The billing department will process your final invoice. Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive discharge summary, post-care instructions, and any necessary prescriptions. Please ensure all belongings are packed before leaving the premises.
Comprehensive Coverage: We accept most major national and international health insurance plans. Our dedicated TPA (Third Party Administrator) desk is operational 24/7 to facilitate your insurance claims seamlessly.
Cashless Facility Guidelines: For cashless facility, please contact our TPA desk at least 48 hours prior to a planned admission. Ensure you bring your original health insurance card, a valid photo ID (such as passport or driver's license), and any previous medical records. Emergency admissions are processed on priority, and pre-authorization will be sought simultaneously.
General Wards: Visiting hours are designated to ensure patient rest and recovery. Standard timings are 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. A maximum of two visitors are allowed per patient at a time.
Intensive Care Units (ICU/CCU): Strictly one attendant is allowed during specific brief intervals determined by the nursing staff. This policy minimizes the risk of infections for our most vulnerable patients.
Important Rules: Children under the age of 12 are generally not permitted in inpatient areas. Visitors with cold, flu, or other contagious symptoms are strictly prohibited from visiting. Outside food and flowers are not allowed in patient rooms.
